Office of Catholic Youth

The Office of Catholic Youth (OCY) has a long tradition of serving the young people and youth ministers in the Archdiocese of Toronto. They provide various programs, events and initiatives in order for parishes, schools and the community to live a faith that acts.

SMC Alive

SMC Alive is the young adult group of St. Michael's Cathedral parish in downtown Toronto with members between the ages of 26 and 39 years. Centered in Christ, they are united in response to God's call to holiness, community and service. They seek to deepen their relationship with God and their understanding of the Catholic faith to bear fruit in acts of love and service to each other, the parish and the community.

Newman Young Adult Ministry

The Newman Young Adult Ministry (NYAM) encourages university students and other young adults in the community (roughly ages 18-39) to come together to join in social, religious, and recreational events. The goal of NYAM is to build community and fellowship amongst the young people of the parish and to deepen their spiritual lives.

Plug In To Christ

A ministry of the Redemptorists, Plug In To Christ strives to help young adults discover their God-given gifts and potential as signs of Christ’s presence in the world. Through the giftedness of their lives, young people participate in the proclamation of the Good News of Plentiful Redemption to a world in need.
