Faith & Film: Molokai - The Story of Father Damien

Faith & Film Nights with the Daughters of St. Paul foster our ability to view culture with eyes of faith. We view the film in its entirety, then place our viewing experience in dialogue with the previous Sunday’s Gospel reading. Please note that not all films are suitable for children.

With the film MOLOKAI, we celebrate Father Damien's canonization (on Oct. 11, 2009) and have an opportunity to dialogue about the themes from the Year of the Priest. (We will focus on the second of Sunday's Scripture readings: Hebrews 5:1-6.)
