Good Friday Movie Night

On Good Friday, the Ryerson Catholic Chaplaincy will be hosting a screening of Mel Gibson's "The Passion of the Christ". Our screening will be followed by a discussion entitled "Faith, Reason and the Film", where we will share some of the effects the film had on our hearts and on our minds. There will be salsa dancing & LESSONS beginning at 7:45 pm and karaoke beginning at 9:00 pm in the Newman House. We'll also have a cash bar, pizza, snacks, and board games throughout the night. To cover the cost of food and entertainment for the night, we're asking that everyone pay $5 at the door.
The Youth Council hopes to see everyone out to enjoy one of the last socials of the term!

Five KAIROS groups are sponsoring this all-day workshop on climate change with Dorothy McDougall, Program Coordinator for Ecological Justice.
The program will include theological reflection, learning how to use a tool-kit of climate change action such as building audits, measuring one’s carbon footprint, the importance of advocacy, developing networks for action and will conclude with a sub-regional network development meeting.
