Life of a Mesopotamian Refugee

Event Date:
Monday, November 14, 2016 - 8:00pm

From Monday, November 14 – 8 p.m. to Thursday, November 17 – 9 p.m.

Life of a Mesopotamian Refugee is an event organized by the Assyrian Chaldean Syriac Student Union (ACSSU).

At Ryerson University, students will sleep outside in the cold in an effort to emulate the life of refugees. They aim to raise awareness about the plight of refugees in Syria and Iraq (formerly known as Mesopotamia), and they are raising funds for this cause.

Donations will support Catholic Near East Welfare Association (CNEWA).
