She’s also overcame a deep fear of speaking in public and went on to become a public speaker, coach and seminar leader!

Susie or Suz (as she likes to be called by friends/colleagues) Hastings:

- has a Master’s degree in Wholistic Counseling & Communications and has run her own international business since 1981

- is an Executive Coach for Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, where she works with senior executives. She is known for her caring empathy, understanding where her clients are coming from and her ability to take them forward to uncharted territory in a safe, supportive way

- leads corporations, businesses, schools, and other organizations through growth and transformation in the following related areas: Communications, Team Building, Visionary Planning and Visionary Leadership, Customer Relations, Facilitation, Attitude Changes, Personal and Professional Mastery. Her clients have included Alcoa, American Management Association, Chrysler, Dartmouth College, Delta Airlines, Federal Railroad Administration, Hewlett Packard, Merrill Lynch, Nabisco, Kraft, Cabot Cheese, New York Police Department, Pfizer, Segal Company, State Farm Insurance, State of Vermont, Storage USA, U.S. Department of the Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Interior, National Parks

- created both The Essentials of Coaching: A Practical Guide to Help Others Create Their Potential, which she uses for her own clients as well as other coaches, leaders and managers, and The Leadership Institute: Turning Leaders Into Visionaries and Managers into Leaders, a two to four day workshop found to create lasting results

- is a certified RealTime Coach & a member of Coach University; certified Hypnotherapist; certified Intuitive Healing Coach (Stillpoint School of Integrative Life Healing) and Master Teacher of Living Your Purpose - On Purpose; certified DISC Behavior and Values analyst; and certified in Visionary Leadership, Reality Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming and Effectiveness Training.
