Prayer Gathering

Prayer Gathering - Holy Hour with Mass and Commemoration of the Faithful Departed and All Souls*

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for registration. Please ensure that you arrive no later than 7:00 p.m. to minimize interruptions of the Prayer Gathering once it has started. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
PLEASE NOTE: We will be having a mass as part of this Prayer Gathering, so if you wish to receive communion, please remember to fast 1 hour before communion.

Also, if you would like us to pray for a specific intention of any deceased person, you may reply to this email and provide us with a name and we will put it on our list of intentions to be prayed for during this mass. We will also have the intentions list available before the mass starts, if you would like to add a name at the prayer gathering. Would you like to help out at the Prayer Gathering?* We are looking for volunteers to be readers, candle bearers, and singers.

*November Social - Meet 'n Mingle Pub Night*
Immediately after the Prayer Gathering, we'll be having our monthly social activity.This month, we will be doing a Meet 'n Mingle Pub Night at 3 Brewers located at 275 Yonge St., a short walk from the Cathedral.

*Please let us know if you can make it to the Prayer Gathering and to the Social so we can make reservations.
* If you would like to help out at the Prayer Gathering, please specify in which area (reader, candle bearer, thurible bearer, singer) All young adults in our age group (24 - 39 years) are welcome. Bring a friend!

*Food Drive Details*
As part of the October and November Service Activity, we will be holding a food drive to help out the Good Shepherd Ministry. Please bring any non-perishable food items to the Prayer Gathering. We will be collecting all of these donations, and we will be delivering them to the Good Shepherd Ministry at our next service activity on November 10th, 2012.We look forward to your participation!
