The Compassion of Vincent Van Gogh

Sponsored by the Henri Nouwen Society and St. Basil’s Church, this talk will be presented by Carol Berry, artist, art educator and faculty member of the Graduate Theological Union, Berkeley, California. In 1979, Carol attended Henri Nouwen’s course, “The Compassion of Van Gogh” at Yale Divinity School. She has been studying Vincent’s life and work and sharing her insights through lectures and workshops for twenty years.
