Luis Arriaga is a Jesuit priest and a lawyer. He is the director of the highly reputed Cenrto Pro for Human rights in Mexico City.

Centro Pro is a research, documentation and advocacy centre working on behalf of victims of violence and towards genuine justice and peace in Mexico.
