Peterborough Theology on Tap

Theology on TAP – Under the Influence! Everything you know is wrong- or is it? Is there a media biased against the Church? How do media and culture shape the world view of our faith? What role does the Church play? How should we respond to attacks on our faith? Peterborough's Theology on Tap (ToT) is back after a summer break, for our fall season and we are excited to start it off with guest speaker Joanne McGarry, Executive Director of the Canadian Catholic Civil Rights League. Our evening will be held Tuesday September 22nd, 7:00 pm at Champs Sports Bar in Peterborough. Our hot topic of the night will be Under the Influence – An evening discussion on Faith and Media. Topics will include, anti catholic defamation, controversy in the media, faith in the public square and much more. If you’ve never been to a ToT evening we can’t wait to meet you, I really hope you will come out and join us. If you’re a faithful participant, can’t wait to see you again, don’t forget to bring a friend and spread the word!
