(Earlybird fee: Mon Jan 26)
10 am to 4:30 pm

To be successful today, organizations need to create and sustain engaging employment experiences, not just jobs, to keep their key employees.  Engagement is the product of the work itself and the environment in which it is performed, acknowledging that each employee is a whole person.  Explore the crucial role that managers play in employee engagement and learn what they do so employees don't think that the grass is greener somewhere else.

Dr. Tim Rutledge ( is well-known in the United States and Canada as a veteran practitioner, trainer, speaker and writer, a human resources expert in employee engagement and retention.  He is a former trustee of the Toronto Board of Education, a former President of the Toronto Training Board, and has taught at the University of Toronto, the University of Saskatchewan, and York University.
