ENNEAGRAM at WORK: Communication, Feedback & Conflict,

Fri. & Sat May 1 & 2, 2009
6:45 pm to 9:45 pm & 10:00am to 4:30 pm
(Introductory Session: Fri Oct 12, 5:30 to 6:30pm)
Earlybird fee: Fri. Apr 24

Are you able to communicate at work so that others truly understand what you mean to say?  Can you give constructive feedback so that others do not feel defensive, but actually improve their performance?  Can you manage conflict in a productive and respectful way?  The Enneagram is a powerful system that enables profound insights into our motivations, beliefs, focus of attention, and habits of thinking and feeling.  Use this knowledge to develop practical steps, specific to your Enneagram style, to relate more effectively with others.  Enneagram styles differ from Myers-Briggs types in that you find your place on the Enneagram through your inner experience rather than your outer behaviour. This program is designed for people who are already familiar with their Enneagram style, and an Introductory Session is necessary for those who aren't.

HELEN PEACOCK, MSc, (www.Turning-Point-Intl.com) has been giving Enneagram teachings for over ten years and is the Past President of the International Enneagram Association.  Her programs are always fascinating and popular. We are indeed fortunate to have her: she has studied with every major Enneagram author/teacher. Helen achieves extraordinary results for her corporate clients by applying her in-depth knowledge of the Enneagram motivational model to the areas of Leadership, Teambuilding and Change Management.  Reach Helen at H.Peacock@Turning-Point-Intl.com.
