If asked to define courage, what would you say? Many would agree with this definition: Being able to act despite the fear. Yet, does fear often hold you back from action despite your desire to be courageous? Imagine if you could courageously stand up for what you believe in, be who you truly are. How could the situations and problems in your life be transformed? In this workshop, re-connect with what courage means to you. Learn simple principles and techniques that will help you have the Courage to Act.
