Archdiocese of Toronto Pilgrimage to the Eucharistic Congress

49 th International Eucharistic Congress
The Eucharist, gift of God for the life of the world
June 15-22, 2008

Registration for the Archdiocesan Pilgrimage to the 49 th International Eucharistic Congress in Quebec City 2008 is still open to all parishioners, religious, clergy and members of lay movements aged 18+ within the Archdiocese of Toronto. Every four years, Catholic faithful from around the world are invited to gather, reflect on and celebrate the great mystery of the Eucharist.

Since as Church we are all One Body in Christ, no formal weeklong youth track has been planned. Similarly, the OCY will not be planning a separate pilgrimage from the one being offered by the Archdiocese. Youth have been central to the planning and preparation for the Congress and their influence and energy will be felt in the programming. The OCY has been part of the Toronto pilgrimage committee from the beginning. This is a wonderful opportunity for all generations to connect and learn from each other.
