A Theology School for the Laity

HMWN Christian Agora, through its Theology School for the Laity, offers the faithful and especially families, the Gospel message of joy and hope in accordance with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. Its main purpose is to help every Christian respond to God’s call to become a follower of Christ and be His witness in this world.

HMWN Christian Agora is an evangelical outreach effort of the Catholic Radio Station, Holy Mother World Networks (HMWN) and carries out its programs under its guidance. Moreover, the project is in co-operation with the local Catholic Church authorities.

  • November 24, 2007 - 10:00 - 11:00 am – Prof. Donald DeMarco - The Architects of the Culture of Death

 

  • December 15, 2007 - 10:00 - 11:00 am – Bishop Peter J. Hundt: Proclaiming the Good News of Advent from St. Luke

 

  • January 18, 2008 – 8:00 - 9:00 pm – Fr. Edwin Gonsalvez- Youth Issues and World Youth Day 2008

 

  • February 20, 2008 8:00 – 9:00 pm – Dr. Andrew Simone - The Good Samaritan in the Modern World


All talks will be followed by a question and answer session. The venue is at St. Bernard de Clairvaux Hall, located at 1795 Lawrence Ave. West, Toronto.
