Soup for the Soul - Ryerson Catholic Chaplaincy

The goal of Soup for the Soul is to assist people in integrating faith with studies or work. Serving hot home-made soup, we aim to create informal discussions over lunch-hour on various topics through short documentaries and guest speakers who can respond to your questions. Soup for the Soul encourages people to make a link between mind, body, spirit & earth. This week's topic: Stop! Slow Down! Meditation before Exams; An Introduction to Tai Chi Chih: Guest Speaker: Dina Ajlenebrg, accredited instructor Finding stillness and serenity in the midst of activity can be a real challenge, especially during the stress of exams.
