Soup for the Soul

Soup for the Soul consists of short informal discussions over lunch-hour on various topics through viewing short documentaries and listening to guest speakers. Serving free home-made hot soup made by university chaplains, the goal of this program is to offer young people a chance to make connections between mind, body, spirit & earth. The topic for this session: The Golden Rule across world religions (do to others as you would have them do to you) Guest speaker: Paul McKenna; Chief editor of the Golden Rule poster from Scarboro Missions shares the story behind it and it's relevance to interfaith dialogue. He will talk about the international interfaith dialogue movement & interfaith activity within the global Catholic Church
