Civitas Catholic Young Professionals Retreat

John Paul II's Vision of the Civilization of Love

Our beloved Pope John Paul repeatedly challenged us to take upon ourselves the difficult yet uplifting task of building the Civilization of Love.

But what exactly does this entail?

Civitas invites you to a special one day retreat with fellow young professionals to delve more deeply into this question:

What was Pope John Paul's vision of the Civilization of Love

and what does it mean for us in our daily lives?

Cost: $40 (includes continental breakfast and catered lunch)

Outline of the Day:

·    Celebration of Holy Mass

·    Session 1 - An Overview of the Civilization of Love

·    Session 2 - The Canadian Martyrs: Sacrificing All

·    Catered Lunch

·    Adoration and Meditation

·    Session 3 - The Universal Call to Holiness in the World
